- IE9 appears to look almost exactly the same as Chrome 10. And I must admit that it's a huge improvement to IE8.
- They copied Chromes' combined search and address bar, which I think, is absolutely brilliant.
- And they even managed to gain 25 pixels of screen height by putting the search bar and the tabs bar next to eachother.
- For the developers they nicely left the IE7 and IE8 views available in the tools section (F12).
- The javascript engine has made huge speed improvement, but still can't catch up with Chromes' V8 engine.
- It seems like Chrome renders pages more intelligently, which results in less flickering and rebuilding lag.
- The back and forward buttons look much more minimalistic, but not copied as well as the buttons for home and star
